Labour Mayoral Candidate Ken Livingstone has today endorsed the Save EMA campaign and criticised the Coalition Government saying that the abolition of Education Maintenance Allowance means that “ there is going to be a lot of casualties out of this who will never escape poverty as a result of this cut”.
